Using Textio or other software to remove potential bias in job descriptions

We are currently using Textio to score our job descriptions against strength of the content/format and tone (masculine or feminine).  We are wondering if anyone is using a different solution other than Textio for this purpose and if you would be willing to share your thoughts.
