Position Synchronization for ORC

Hi all,

We are using Position Synchronization and are using Positions to create our requisition. We are assuming that since we have enabled the position synchronization it should default the hiring manager automatically. Currently, it defaults the name of the requisition creator however requisitions are created for HR on behalf of Hiring Manager, then in this case there are changes that the manager may not be from Parent Position incumbent which we want to avoid.

Is there a way to default hiring manager from Parent position incumbent?
