boot volumes don't display as always free

Hi again

I signed up this weekend to the Oracle Cloud Services.
I've created and trashed a few instances this weekend.

My configurations were for "always free", on every instance I created.
Today, I was working on the console and entered the boot volume section,
It seems, that only the very first 2 instances I created display their boot volumes as  "always free".
These were terminated, but any new volumes (only 2 active) do not have the always free label?
Please check the screenshot attached.

So my concern is. If the trial expires, does my boot volumes and effectively my entire free instance expire?

Howdy, Stranger!
