Connecting ODA Component to On-prem APIs using DRG

Hi,

We are configuring ODA for on-premise Peoplesoft applications. Due to security constraints, communication between on-premise endpoints and ODA should be over an encrypted channel using IPSEC VPN.

Please let us know if it is possible and if there is a technical document or blog for same.

We have already gone through blog https://www.ateam-oracle.com/oda-custom-component-on-prem-api which talks about APIG to be configured for this. Is it mandatory to use APIG for encrypted communication? We do not want to spend any additional amount on APIG solely for encrypted communication.
