OCI Free Trial: Unable to Access Tenancy

Hi,
I created a trial OCI account a while ago, but I can't access the account.
I get the error message:

"NotAuthenticated" |
| message | "The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect." |
The error occurs when I use the link: https://www.oracle.com/in/cloud/sign-in.html
My logon seems to pass the username and password check, but then throws up the error above. I've tested this in Firefox and Chrome (same error). I can successfully log into the tradition cloud using the link: https://myservices-sandcatjoe.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/cloudportal/gettingStarted
