Taleo BI publisher tab page isnt opened when opening other taleo sessions in parallel solutions?

Hello ,
In Taleo BI publisher reports tab , there are many cases that we open the BI publisher in one session of chrome for example , and in parallel open a new tab with Taleo recruiting for example - and the bi publisher page isn’t  opened
Sometimes we need to clean the browser cache - since it would’ve be resolved without.

any solutions please ?
