Using Fusion environment Connector with Intelligent Advisor

Summary

No context in IA session when invoked via Fusion Knowledge Article

Content

I'm trying to create a personalised interview in a Fusion session using Intelligent Advisor (OPA). I have a link to my interview embedded within a Knowledge Base article. I have a working connection from my Hub to my Fusion instance. I've used this connection to map data into my OPA interview.

When I click on the link to the interview its not taking any 'context' over. The contact details are still UNKNOWN. Ideally I want to be able to raise incidents for the logged on user but cannot do this if I don't know them.

Howdy, Stranger!
