Bolding of New Candidates

The bolding of new candidates is also strange. None of the recruiters can determine what it means. As you can see in my screenshot attached, all the candidates are in New-To be reviewed status. I have physically looked at all of these resumes, but have not moved their status yet. Some of them are bold and some are not. In the legacy system, they would stay bold until you reviewed the resume.
