Hiring Manager Under Hiring Team Defaults

Hi all,

The hiring manager field always defaults the person creating the reqs under Hiring Manager. But this is not always true, in many cases the requisitions are created by HR or Recruiters on behalf of hiring manager. Is it possible not to default as it is an extra step for recruiters to remove their name and enter the hiring manager name and their name in recruiter field. Thanks.
