Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to show the knowledge article to DCS users based on their country. We have implemented one BU and one locale (en-GB) for 3 countries (UK, UAE and Malysia) as it is a global service desk but still there are knowledge articles which are specific to the country. We have different custom self service user roles to identify the user from different country but how can we use the roles to display only country specific articles.

Is there a way by tweaking knowledge group -  "Everyone"
