Intermittent Service Errors when editing reports

Users receive service errors periodically when editing a report

After the December patch our users started getting errors periodically when trying to edit reports.  It does not happen every time, but enough that it is degrading the user experience. 

Sometimes a service error shows up and other times the edit screen shows up blank.

We have an SR open but so far Oracle has not been able to reproduce the issue. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
