Reallocate Project Details on Receipt

Is there a way or work around to reallocate project details on a receipt? Client want's to avoid doing a change order

Scenario

Building a road.

WBS looks like….

 

1.0.0 Prelims…..

2.0.0 First bit of road

               2.0.0.1 Road 

                              2.0.0.1.1Tarmac

                              2.0.0.1.2Lights

               2.1.0.1 Bridge 

                              2.1.0.1 Foundations

                              2.1.0.2 Structure

3.0.0 Second bit of road

               3.0.0 Road 

                              3.0.0.1.1 Tarmac

                              3.0.0.1.2 Lights

               3.1.0 Bridge 2 

                              3.1.0.1.1 Foundations

                              3.1.0.1.2 Structure

 

Raise a PO for 10,000 M3 of concrete

Distribute it 50/50 between the task Foundation for Bridge 1 and Foundations for bridge 2

 

A lorry turns up with 1000M3  of concrete at a price of £10 per m3

 

It all gets poured into the hole for Bridge 1 (Bridge 2 not ready for operational reasons)
