Recruiter ability to view completed onboarding forms

Need way for recruiter to view onboarding forms

Need recruiting manager and human resources specialist to be able to view the completed documents which a new hire has completed.

Not seeing how they can see the forms unless they go out of the onboarding app and go to either the manage employee and search for the employee then going to document of records or by going to show more and document of records.  Below are the steps I am looking for help with.
