Here I am trying to explain a simple process, not sure if this is possible out of the box in Oracle Cloud 

  1. Sales team want to populate while item creation to populate Sales Order Tab data
  2. Procurement Team want to populate while item creation to populate Purchasing section Tab data
  3. Once they confirm data entry is complete, this will be submitted to Product data Steward for final review and will go for approval process

I am not sure if this can be achieved without a custom application, appreciate any help
