On Add Goal Page can we change Description field attributes?

On Add Goal Page can we change Description field attributes from plain text to Rich Text format?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if we can change the Description field type found on Add Goal Page from regular text to rich text format similar with the Succes Criteria field? 

Our client wants to have in the Description field the same possibility to use bullet points or add hyperlinks that are available in the Success Criteria field but are not available in the Description field.

Anyone had a similar request before?
