Hello App Security experts... We just noticed that Oracle no longer supports the customization of the Security Console. This means that it can't be customized for help desk users to provide them the ability to reset the password only. Has anyone identified a workaround?
A few months ago, we logged an Idea to break out the ability to reset the password only via standard security by creating a privilege. Given the inability to customize the Security Console, having the ability to provide a password reset ability through standard role design is more critical than even. Here is the Idea we logged for that purpose:
