Adj Period Is Not Closing in Secondary Ledger "Strict_period_close_flag"

Primary Ledger Adj Period Is Closed. But Secondary Ledger Adj Period Is Not getting closed.

We have One period as Future Enterable Period.

We want period 1 to be Future Enterable Period. For this we have to close Adj Period, only then period 1 for 2021 will be future enterable period.

But we are still finalizing our Period 12 in 2020. 
When we attempt to close the Adj Period, we get this error
