Cannot edit pending actions in Benefits Self Service


Users cannot edit Pending Actions in Benefits Self Service.  I'm testing with two plan/options.  Neither one is automatic enrollment.  I've tried having them enrolled ahead using the Benefits Service Center and leaving the life events open.  And I've tried with them closed.  I've tried having the employee create their own life events.  (Using "Unrestricted").  And still read-only.
