User has GL Inquiry role for the primary ledger and GL accountant role for the secondary ledger but

Our business unit has primary ledger and secondary ledger.  Our secondary ledger accountants have access to create and post journals in the secondary ledger but not the primary ledger.  However, the secondary ledger accountants need access to view the primary ledger journals in details.  In addition to the secondary ledger accountant role, the primary ledger inquiry role is also included in the secondary ledger accountant's user profile.  During testing, we found that this user had the same access for both primary & secondary ledgers in Journals > Tasks.
