Automated Task to Delete Candidate Data

Hello,

Has anyone set up a task to delete candidates, as 'non identifying data can later be restored' where UDFs, such as 'Mobile Number' are still showing on reports after a candidate has been deleted?

Not sure if the UDF should have been created differently?
