Number of receipts made in a period

Hello

I am trying to find out the number of receipts made between certain dates, but I am struggling to find the correct subject areas, or BI tables which contain the receipting details.

 

I have tried costing - receipt accounting real time, but i think that only returns receipts which have accrued at month end. Do anyone have any other ideas of what i can use. I am happy to write some SQL if anyone knows the table names.
