Can We make a VBCS Web Application Public?

i have a VBCS web App, which i want to let any body access who ever has that URL. I have tried the anonymous access option. but i can see that one can load the page but while submitting the request through page it is asking for Authentication.

I have Rest API call under my VBCS page which invokes Integration .

Can any one guide me on how to achieve this. all leads appreciated.
