ex-Employee information updated after using external career site without validation
SummaryDoes anybody have any ideas or experience on how to manage ex-employee updates to personal info when they re-apply?
I would like to know if I can get some recommendations or ideas on how to control when an ex-employee applies to a job and makes updates to personal information like address, email, telephone or even first/last name. Perhaps using an approval workflow? or using an email notification?
