Hi All-

What field is Mobility pulling from in the Talent Review meeting?  I will attach a picture.  Was wondering if we wanted to remove this from the talent review as well as Grade how we would do this.

1.  What field is Mobility pulling from?

2. How would we remove Mobility from the talent review table view as well as Grade?
