Store Salary elements in Oracle HCM without implementing full payroll module/ without having payroll processing

Content

Hi All,

We have a requirement to store salary and salary elements in Oracle HCM but we do not want to implement full payroll module that is without having payroll processing in oracle that will be done as is in the 3rd party payroll system.

In addition to above we have a requirement to change the Promotion transaction in Core HR to have some fields related to Salary changes (like change in Basic, HRA, Transport and  Travel allowances that make up the gross salary). Can we have a parametrized custom job called after a promotion transaction is submitted so that the job can have the HDL update the relevant element entries in the system.

Howdy, Stranger!
