Salary change of employee

Hi,

I have dashboard report with number of new hires, terminated employees, promotions, position changes as attached in screenshot.

Similarly I would like to have summary of number of employees whose salary got revised. 

Please suggest which subject area need to be used for getting details of salary revision of an employee
