Capture Historical Succession Plan Incumbents

Hello Everyone

We have implemented 'Incumbent' type Succession plans at our organisation. Once a successor has been confirmed, as part of the Rollover process the successor now becomes the next Incumbent. The plan details are updated and recycled for further use.

We are looking for away to capture the historical incumbents aligned to a Succession plan. Status is the only audit field currently available under Manage Audit policies and could not find any other audit records for HRM_PLANS or HRM_PLAN_INCUMBENTS records. Even with the Job plan type, could not find a way to view historical changes.
