Differenciate the REAL DATE from the SYSTEM DATE for Order Cancellation

Hello,
we cancel sales order or sales order line manually or by import.
For tracking and KPI, we need to differentiate the REAL date for cancellation (DHA or DFLA REQUEST_CANCEL_DATE)
From the SYSTEM date where the cancellation actually happened (with delay for compensation of DOO process).
Is there a way to store and get this system date ?
We thought about the last_update_date at header or line level, but it can happen that this date change even after cancellation.
