Is blind recruiting in the pipeline for ORC as standard functionality, rather than as a large person

The solution provided by Oracle for blind recruiting involves a significant personalisation of many of the recruiting pages. This goes against the wider project principles where across all modules, personalisations have been avoided where possible. Is it int h roadmap for ORC to enable blind recruiting via standard functionality rather than through extensive personalisation?
