Loading NIable Pay Balance using HDL

Hi Experts,
I am trying to load the Niable Pay Balnce using using HDL.
The data gets loaded successfully but when I am running the Load Initial Balance under Validate mode. It's giving the following error:
1) Required value for reference Aggregation Information wasn't provided.
2) Required value for reference NI Category wasn't provided
3) Required value for reference NI Reporting HMRC Payroll ID wasn't provided.
Below is the HDL file which i am trying to load
