Taleo FLUID 20D.1 - Cant update Work Location on a Requisition

On an Open/Ready Requisition (unposted), can't update work location on a RequistionContent
Hello,
Our Production environment was just updated to 20D.1 today (1/22). We have a requisition which we hired a candidate to. The requisition is unposted and now Open/Ready. When the requisition was created the Work Location field was not populated.
In Legacy Recruiting we could go back into the requisition if it was open and update the Work Location field and save the requisition.
Now in Fluid if I try to click Modify Structure, there's no Work Location field for me to populate. Does anyone know if this is a bug and if yes what release it will be fixed in? Or is this functionality as expected? If it's as expected, in what requisition statuses can the Work Location field be updated?
