Does Oracle Recruit have the capacity to send a candidate a conditional offer ahead of the full contract? We go through quite a lengthy pre employment screening process before offer is sent to candidates, and to prevent them from dropping out of the recruitment process, we want to be able to send them a conditional offer stating basic contract details such as start date, salary etc.
We thought this may just be achieved just using a correspondence to a candidate. But would be great if they could 'accept' it conditionally.
