Access to Manage Content Zones / Manage Smart Forms

Hi - using 21A.

Does anyone know which Role is required to be able to access the "Manage Content Zones" and "Manage Smart Forms" Tasks in Setup and Maintenance?

I already have access to:

- Application Implementation Consultant
- Financial Application Administrator
- Procurement Application Administrator
- Procurement Catalog Administrator
- Procurement Contract Administrator
- Procurement Integration Specialist
- Procurement Manager
- Procurement Preparer
- Supplier Administrator
- Supplier Manager
- Supplier Self Service Administrator

I also ticked all options against my account on Manage Procurement Agents, but still I can't access "Manage Content Zones" and "Manage Smart Forms".
