Change instance URL host name dynamically

Summary

Have a requirement to dynamically update the hostname based on dropdown

We have a requirement to select dropdown with multi-select option. the dropdown will have a list of host names where the bulk create/update need to be applied. Based on the host names selected and CSV content,  we have requirement to invoke the services on all the selected host and bulk update the data. Is it possible in VBCS to change the hostname dynamically set at the service connection level before invoking the service?
