HCM Extract Changes Only not working for change to null value

Hello -

I'm working on a changes only HCM extract that needs to determine when Assignment Projected End Date changes. As of now it is working when Assignment Projected End Date changes from a value to a different value and when Assignment Projected End Date changes from null value to a value.  It is not working when Assignment Projected End Date changes from a value to null value. 

Appreciate any help with this. Thank you.
