Manager with view only access to succession plans - view employees?

Provide managers who have associates in succession plans to be able to see the succession plan with everyone

We are just rolling out talent management/succession planning.  I set up a succession plan with one of the managers as a viewer and another HR person as an administrator.  So there are three of us who should have access to the plan.  When I log in as the manager, there is no option to view the succession plan like there is for HR.  The manager can only view his people in the plan, and that is only one by one.  There is no consolidated place to view it that I can find.  I don't want the manager to be able
