Hi All,

We are seeing an intermittent issue when extending an offer by e-mail, the subject line is disappearing. For each of our offer templates we have a default subject configured, so that it populates each time the template is selected.

However, sometimes when a recruiter is extending the offer by e-mail, the subject line is blank. This "greys" out the "Extend Offer" button and then they have to edit the message to manually enter the subject. 

We saw this issue last year with 20B and it was assigned as a bug and eventually fixed with 20B.3. Looks like it's back. Has anyone else noticed this?
