Pension Letters are not Generating

Fusion Payroll Cloud Issue - Pension Automatic Enrolment Letters are not generating

We are facing an issue when running the  Generate Pensions Automatic Enrolment Reports process for fusion cloud payroll (20D). Letters templates are not pulling through so output is blank on process (and in BI Report Job History). 

Log file show following error ORA_PAY_TRANSFORM_FILE_TYPE_LIST is not provided. Use Max Seq Num from pay_file_details

We are using seeded template so no changes have been made. Please note the test employee has joining method 'Contractual Enrolment'. 

Can anyone advise on how to fix the problem here? Thoughts are much appreciated, thank you.
