Approval conditions for Management Heirarchy
Summary
Approval conditions for Management HeirarchyContent
Hi All,
We have set up an approval set up as shown below.
Level 1 - Hiring Manager + 1 (Management Heirarchy)
Level 2 - Hiring Manager + 2 (Management Heirarchy)
Level 3 - VP HR (AOR)
Level 4 - CEO (AOR)
We have a requirement that if the Level 1 - Hiring Manager's Manager (HM + 1) or Level 2 - Hiring Manager's Manager's Manager (HM + 2) is the CEO then it should directly to Level 3 - VP HR (which is an AOR) and then Level 4 - CEP (AOR).
Has anyone worked on a similar requirement, could you please advise on how this can be achieved?
