Free text DFF in Talent Profile

Hello-

I have created a DFF in one of the sections of the Talent Profile. However, I am not able to find the option on how to make this new field a free text. We don't want this field to have a drop-down menu since it won't have a list of values.

Could someone provide any instructions?
