How to create groups in BPM worklist

Hi All,

In BPM worklist bell notification actions there is an option to Reassign the task to users, groups and application roles. There are already set of predefined groups available in "Groups" dropdown while reassigning the task. I would like to know where can I define or create new groups or is there any way to fetch users or groups dynamically in the process of reassignment. in BPM worklist notifications.
