Dear All,

We used to have a functionality "GRADE" in legacy recruiting system.

Recruiters used to give grades to the submissions based on their screening results. this was a very helpful functionality in legacy recruiting system for recruiters. Recruiters can rank the candidates and work on the profiles based on rank/grade

it used to be available in more action >Requistion specific candidates list page and also as a colum in list view.

This functionality is not available in flyuid recruiting. Though you can see the grade value listed in available columns but it doesnt have any use anymore. We do not have "update grade" function in More actions any more.
