Completely remove employee referral on candidate
Content
So our internal policy doesn't allow for employees to refer other employees to current jobs and get paid a bonus. I know we can set the referral from active to expired but when I run a report for Payroll that shows all the referred candidates hired on a bonus eligible job, that referral will still appear because I don't want to cut out expired referrals. It could be that the job took a long time to fill so the referral expired during that time.
So is there a way to completely remove that a referral even happened for a job submission? Or some other way to make sure I don't pick them up in a report?
