When are 2021 upgrades available for staging and prod?

Does anyone know when the 2021 upgrades will be released for Taleo? Is there somewhere I can go to get a schedule of the releases? 

 

It is now mandated that we upgrade quarterly. Does that mean we have to take a specific version each quarter or that we can take any version during that quarter? 

 

Any information is appreciated!
