Candidate data conversion from CRM to Candidate Pools
We are trying to convert the candidate data from Avature to Oracle. we are looking for any lessons learned in terms of converting the candidate records and creating candidate pools based on the categories we have in Avature. Currently, we have close to 2.5 million records which our client is intending to convert.
If you have done conversion from any other CRM system to ORC, can you please share any challenges you faced or scenarios we need to be aware of while undertaking the conversion?
