Hello team

We have a requirement from Client where additional approval workflow to be added in the CSW for Bill rate (DFF field) approval.

This approval is sent to the Onboarding manager (collaborator) before Offer is extended to the Candidate.

My question is 

1) Can a custom workflow be added (here the approver will be one of the Collaborators in the requisition) - Was unable to do so as current workflow can be sent only to the Recruiter and Hiring manager. Let me know if this can be achieved by configuration
