Request Background Screening During Advanced E-Offer

Hi,

We are in the process of building out a Advanced E-Offer process to save recruiters some time gathering forms/information.  It is my understanding there are options to launch external services from tasks but i have not had much luck finding detailed information on capabilities and limitations.  I do understand there are only a few vendors that offer an integrations for screening services in Transitions, if you have any feedback on those vendors I would be interested also.

A few of our questions:

Is it possible to launch the screening service automatically once the candidate accepts the offer? If so, can the background screening package be designated in the request or would this be more similar to a 1 step integration from Recruiting where the package is defined in requisition setup and cannot be changed?
