Hello,

We are starting to have conversations around expanding and having workers “remote” away from the home departments – and potentially working from home. This is happening in some of our call centers already. 
Since we don’t deal with this too often, I have some questions that I’m hoping the group can help with. How is your company handling this?
 
  • How do you post reqs in multiple cities - do you post individual reqs or have some mechanism with their ATS to post across multiple cities. 
    • If your ATS can do multiple cities - how does the advertising aggregators and such deal with this (We have never had success)
