Looking for tips on how to get 1099-NEC IRS copy to align properly when printed

Hi, 

We are having difficulty getting the IRS copies of our 1099-NECs to print properly.  We've been told "play with your printer settings," but after having done that we still haven't gotten it work right.  With that, I thought I would appeal to the collective wisdom of the group t see if anyone knows what setting tweaks might solve the following scenario: 

"We tried 2 separate HP printers as well as the Konica Minolta printer.  Neither aligned up properly, it was either too high or too low.  What also seemed to be the issue was the alignment would work for page one but pages 2-40 were off.
