Workforce Compensation Plan- Worksheet Configuration issue


We are seeing an issue in configuring Workforce Compensation Plan Worksheet.

Navigator-->Compensation-->Workforce Compensation Plans-->Merit Plan-->Merit Increase Task-->Detail Table

Under Component 1 Column we have these two columns 

Budget Percentage - Worker - Component 1 - This is configured and derived through a custom Fast Formula and its display name is Pro-rated Budget Percent

Budget Amount - Worker - Component 1- This is a dynamic column and it has below formula. Display Name -Pro-rated Budget Amount

 [Base Salary - Current] * [Adjusted Salary Factor] * [Pro-rated Budget Percent] /100

Under User Defined (Custom Columns) we have
